America has a weight loss. Maintenance problem you can go on any diet to lose weight it's no big deal the problem is keeping it off and that's why we keep gaining the weight back. -- yelling and everything but you got to come up with an eating strategy that you can take through life and pushing it's a big part of. And and how hard is that when you go out to eat at -- and find a restaurant that that gives you reasonable portions. I wish they'd cut the president's half and cut them portions sizes. Well here's the deal I mean you hit on -- a couple of things there how hard is that. And one of the things that's confusing people out there aren't the portion sizes that people that the mainstream diet experts recommend. You're in Wichita can't decide if you guys be the last state to. Now the portion that's recommended out there is mainstream -- media experts all that. This three ounces at -- as you -- much renounces its -- -- doesn't -- just barely tell it's gonna do that lived every wrong you may. Get tough for a little bit and for a couple of weeks you may eat the three -- and lose some weight over a month they're too. But then he can't sustain that and a lot of people look at that we have that and say I can't do this at all. So that's not a good plant. The right size portions what -- come up with are much more practical we call the magical portions because. They're small enough for you to lose weight but they're big enough so that you don't need the tables starting and that's very important. So our portion sizes are different than what's recommended out. And and it is a reasonable. -- -- and you -- things we've been their mothers and -- -- by and 212 ounce strip steak grilling women each of us having one. We we might buy those two strong should take with them we slice them. Right well here's the other thing that you asked about eating out. You go out you had your life sized portion of stay current -- -- portion of any meal that your happening out there.
